Why do I have to register for this pledge manager?
For a variety of design decisions, our pledge managers reside in independent silos. For instance, we don't make the assumption that you are going to ship rewards from separate projects to the same place. We are looking into creating a unified login process, but for now, you will need to register for each project you have backed.
How is my shipping computed?
When we're ready to ship your order we check with the carriers we work with and fetch the most accurate up-to-date shipping calculation based on the final weight of your parcel.
How is my shipping computed?
Shipping is computed using real-time rates from a variety of carriers. We pick the one we have decided meets the sweet spot of cost and accountability to help ensure you recieve your rewards with a minimum of fuss.
Will I be offered shipping options?
To protect your parcel, we select the most reliable shipping option available to us at the time we calculate your shipping.
When will my order ship?
We anticipate a manufacturing period of approximately 18 months from the close of the Kickstarter.
Why am I paying more than what's shown on the Kickstarter page?
The Kickstarter page didn't account for local taxes and shipping charges. We collect these at the pledge manager.
How do I know my order is complete?
After you place your order, you should recieve an email confirming that our system committed your selection. You can see your order history on the Order History page of the pledge manager.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address in the account settings page of the pledge manager.
How do I change my email address?
You can update your email address in the account settings page of the pledge manager.
Do I need to create a new account if I participated in your past kickstarter projects?
Yes, this system is independent from the other pledge manager systems we have used in the past. Users will need to register an account.
How much will my shipping cost?
We will not be able to accurately compute your shipping cost until we have manufactured the items and recorded their final weights. When we are closer to being ready to ship your pledge rewards, we will reach out to you and let you know the shipping cost.
My pledge isn't showing up in the pledge manager. Why?
The pledge manager doesn't automatically associate your pledge with your account. You should have recieved an message,, with a pledge claim link sent to the email address associated with your account at If you did not recieve this email, please let us know at
